Anonymous asked: Anger instills hate in us. Hate instills revenge in us. Revenge instills evil in us. If anything, instead of anger, you should pray for people to get passionate about righteous justice being served. Not for anger.... Many of the most intelligent people make the worst decisions based on hate.
Thank you Anon, I understand the person is weakest when angry..As a sikh (or human being) I have to be in control and save myself from the all 5 vices … “O krodh, thou enslavest sinful men and then caperest around them like an ape.”
But having said this, what about righteous indignation against injustice can it be really equated with Anger as evil ..was our anger wrong in the recent case of Bhai Rajoana.. or is it wrong aginst the state sponsored violence in India. The question of real justice for all the oppresseed is important for everyone who fights (or in my case just think) for a better world.
And if I may play the devils advocate on myself (only a twisted person like me can do that ) it all boils down to 1 question What would Guru ji want me to do.. and does retrospective reproaches or repinings will be of any help now ?
You tell me ?
